The new versatile trainer can be used on offense as well as defense. All pad sections have a trigger mechanism which allows the coach to be in control. He can activate each pad, whether individually or simultaneously.The center pad can be released by the coach while simultaneously triggering the right or left pad. This teaches the player not to commit until he knows which pad is in action.
